Micro Pigmentation System
The Polytech Silimed Micro Pigmentation system is the most professional and fast system for colouring nipple grafts.  A separate generator from the handpiece allows you greater control and flexibility.

The handpiece using disposable 3 or 7 needle heads. The handpiece can be disassembled and sterilized by autoclave.

Brennen Skin Graft Mesher
The Brennen skin graft Mesher will meet all your skin graft Mesher needs. Economical to run with no additional disposable parts. Extremely low maintenance and easy to use.  The graft is pinched into a diamond-shaped pattern at varying lengths dependent on the ratio. Available in the following mesh ratios;
